Worship
We believe that God meets with us and works amongst us as we worship the Father through the Son in the power of the Holy Spirit.
We long to hear his voice and to see God work his wonders in our lives.
We strive in our practice of worship to be like those Jesus spoke of, who bring out of their storehouse treasures, both new and old!
The church lives to praise God. We have no higher calling than to offer the worship that belongs to God day by day, Sunday by Sunday.
Through the preaching of the Word and the celebration of the Sacraments, in praise, prayer, teaching and fellowship, God sustains the life of the church. We worship God as Lord offering ourselves in the service of Christ, rejoicing that we have been brought from darkness to light.
We BELIEVE in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth:
And in Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord, Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
We BELIEVE in the Holy Ghost; the Holy Catholic Church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting.
